There are several ways to work with me. I offer in-person or online individualized therapy services to residents of Washington State. I also provide personalized support for individuals facing various challenges, fostering healing and growth.
As a part of my approach, I blend the ancient practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, modern neuroscience, depth psychology, and Evidence Based Therapies.
Using these modalities, I create a neutral and safe space where you can explore, heal, and thrive.
Additionally, I now offer courses that blend unique tools and foster a level of independence and personal pacing to meet your preferences. (Online courses coming soon.)
