I am a kind, empathetic, and creative individual with a deep passion for helping others. Nature is my sanctuary, and I am happiest when I am outdoors, whether it's skiing down mountains, riding the waves while surfing, or exploring the trails on my mountain bike. I find solace and recharge my spirit in the beauty of the natural world.
When I am not counseling or teaching, I love to dive into books, experiment with new recipes in the kitchen, and surround myself with the love of my furry companions - a loyal dog, Clyde, and two lovely cats, Blackie Lawless and Jack of Spades. Additionally, I cherish spending quality time with my husband Adam, creating beautiful memories together.

Ayurveda:
Ayurveda, an ancient health system that has its roots in India. It is often considered Yoga’s Sister Science. Derived from the Sanskrit words "ayur" meaning life, and "veda" meaning knowledge, Ayurveda is often referred to as the "science of life" or the "knowledge of longevity." And it truly lives up to these names.
Each of us is unique, and Ayurveda recognizes this by acknowledging our individual energetic makeup. This system focuses on understanding our body constitution, known as doshas, which are influenced by the elements: Vata (air and space), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (earth and water). By understanding and balancing our doshas, we can unlock our true health potential.
Ayurveda encompasses a variety of elements, including dietary guidelines, herbal remedies, lifestyle practices, meditation, and yoga. It encourages us to listen to our bodies, develop mindful eating habits, engage in regular physical activity, and find ways to manage stress. By embracing Ayurveda’s personalized approach and integrating its principles into our lives, we can reclaim our natural state of balance and vitality.
