Andrea is a proponents of incorporating yoga and Ayurveda into your overall healthcare regime. Andrea offers private yoga classes and is currently working on additional certifications to further expand these offerings to those in Kittitas County. 

There is an option for these services to be added into 

your therapy sessions, and they are also offered as a 

stand-alone service. 

She can lead yoga classes onsite and offsite regardless of whether or not you are a patient-of-record at her office.
